As i dive deeper into the bowels of Machine Learning (ML), exploring the nuance and depth of its underlying geometry mathematical formulations, the role of mathematics, symbol and ultimately (as it relates to natural language processing specifically) meaning. A vast topic, with many twists and turns through cognitive science, psychology and philosophical landscapes, as well as computer and data science, which leads to reflections on the role of symbols and language in general, as it relates to communications and ultimately meaning.
